Not a CPA firm
Unfair CPA is accounting software. It is not a CPA firm and does not provide licensed accountancy, audit, attest, or legal services. Tax information the product surfaces — including citations and estimates — is for your consideration and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. You are responsible for your filings and financial statements.
Your account and access
Access is invite-based today. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to violate the law.
Your data
The financial data you connect remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
